PROFIT & GROWTH ANALYTICS
See at which customers delivery goes wrong, and what it costs.
An average delivery rate often looks fine. In four to six weeks, we show at which customers and product groups deliveries are late or incomplete, how lead time is developing, what complaints and credit notes cost, and whether those customers have been ordering less since.
On time and in full, per customer, product group and month
Complaints and credit notes per cause, alongside revenue and customer retention
Power BI report in your own environment, no vendor lock-in
Fixed price upfront: Data Quick Scan โฌ3,500, Operational Excellence from โฌ24,000 excl. VAT

Why late delivery is a commercial problem
Delivery reliability is usually measured by operations, as one percentage for the whole company. As long as that percentage looks good, nobody looks further. But a customer doesn't experience an average. A customer who receives late or incomplete deliveries three times in a row starts looking elsewhere, and usually doesn't say so. Meanwhile, complaints and credit notes sit in another system, and nobody puts them next to that customer's order history. Operational Excellence does: delivery reliability per customer and product group, alongside credit notes, lead time and ordering behavior afterwards.

Why Novarix for a delivery reliability analysis
We build a diagnosis that operations and sales can sit down with together: which customers receive late deliveries, what that costs in credit notes, and whether they still order as much as before.
The methodology comes from practice: we work with order and ERP data from B2B distributors and manufacturers in four countries, including where that data is spread across multiple systems. Not separate operational figures, but delivery reliability translated into customers and revenue.

Two-day data assessment. Every diagnosis starts with this: so it's clear upfront whether the data can support the analysis. Credited if you proceed.
2
Main package - fixed price
From โฌ24,000
excl. VAT, starting price for companies up to โฌ20 million in revenue, final price after the Quick Scan.
Why this pays off
The diagnosis shows per customer, in euros, what late or incomplete delivery costs in credit notes, and whether those customers have started ordering less. This way the investment is measured against concrete amounts: not a cost item, but measurable returns.
