Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a diagnosis, an automation, an implementation and a project?
A diagnosis answers one question about where money is left on the table, for example which customers are costing money. An automation takes over manual work that now runs through the mailbox, such as typing orders into the ERP. An implementation is a fixed dashboard for revenue, order intake and order book. A project is custom work for everything that doesn't fit in that.
